The project's scope of work consist of 4 residential and commercial buildings each comprising 8 floors located at the Warsan community, International City, Dubai. The project includes spacious studio 1 and 2 bedroom apartments, a massive 3.8-acre promenade which offers canal, sunken plaza, a fully equipped health club, s, jogging track, badminton court, multi-purpose court and a high tech surveillance system for the protection and security of the residents. The property also comes with a 42 meters wide entrance and outdoor cinema.
